Hey all,
I Still cannot figure out what is wrong with my car. I sent the LH to John Speake and he concluded that the computer was fine. I cannot seem to figure out what is wrong and why the car will still not start. I think it is giving itself too much fuel but I have no idea how it is doing this if the computer is ok. Anyone else had any experience with this problem?
Thank you for any help,
Jacob Duffney

Jacob,

This is just a guess, but look at the fuel pressure regulator/fuel dampners. I had a fuel pressure regulator fail on a non-porsche vehicle years ago and it would flood the cylinders as soon as I tried to start the engine. You can pull the vacuum lines going to the three vacuum pod looking things and see if fuel spills out. Just follow the fuel lines around the engine to find all of them. One in the front and two in the back on either side of the MAF.
