Chazz, what took ya so long? Bill is leaving Thurs afternoon to meet up with Ron for a Fri departure. I may leave late Thur or early Fri, but I have plenty of flex in the schedule. What did you have in mind?

I'm pretty sure some family will be dropping by the cocktail party Fri eve.

I have to turn in the banquet list on Friday, that is 4 days from now.

If you have sent in your check or have talked to me about adding people you are OK.

If you have not paid for or talked to me about your banquet reservations I will have to cancel all of the unpaid spots I'm holding on Friday. This makes it kind of hard to plan a quality event.

How many unpaids do you have? I'm sure we could line up some substitutes if you want. I purposely did NOT announce SATL at SITP since I thought you were full and this would create problems. However, SATL did come up, and there were several interested parties.

Yes we were full but some of the "full" have not gotten back to me so I am assuming they will be no shows. I changed banquet rooms to accomodate the increase over last year so if you know of people that want to come go ahead and tell them. We could accept about 6 more for the banquet.

It's really not a problem we still have more cars than last year and the drives, dinner and lunch will still be managable. I just don't want to disappoint anyone who drives all the way up here and assumes they can pay and jump in.

Hopefully the tardy souls (at least tardier than me!) will come through or at least have the courtesy to let you know they cannot make it after all for some reason. This was a first come, first serve event, so I know there were others who you were unable to accomodate. I hope they are reading this.
