Who's got the coolest wheels? (gimme pix!)

Yes JPTL, that is the one. I love the look of those wheels. Do we know who's care that is/was and what they used for offsets for sure? Was the wide body kit actually wider in the wheel wells or just on the outside to include the width through the door for a different wider look?

The builder bought the car, which was red, from a dealership where someone had destroyed the motor. He bought a 90 auto parts car and did a complete drivetrain and interior swap. The engine was rebuilt with forged internals, Pauter rods, 8:1 pistons from a 944 turbo, a stroker but not sure of the displacement. He added a Vortech supercharger with water to air intercooler, similar to the FAST kit, I believe. I installed a porkensioner TB tensioner and a Guardian water pump, along with new belts and hoses. The rollers and gears were all in excellent shape, so I left those alone.
The body was widened 2.5 inches in all four corners. Not a kit, but hand fabricated metal. Headlights are from an early 80's RX7.
The car was stolen at some point by someone known to the rennlist community. I won't rehash that, but while it was in his possession, it received the gunmetal paint job and a hideous black and silver interior. After the car was recovered, the interior was replaced with the current interior.

Out of curiosity, I did a search of the car's history to the days of Marcus. Wow. Nobody can claim that this car hasn't led an interesting life. Reminds me of this story ..and the follow up.
Anyway, back to our regularly scheduled program:
Powder coated Panamera S wheels - great front offsets for the 928:
Lesson learned: grind off the powder coating in the bores/interfaces at least for the fronts - before attempting to install.
Before (no spacers)
After (20mm spacers)
(quickly realized that a little bit of rear fender rolling was in order).

Not sure of the widths used but from the outside they look similar to my 964 3.8RSR speedlines.
9 1/2 x 18 ET 57 My guess the fronts are different but mine have 2" outer lip. Looks like that might be a 2.5 or 3" outer lip up front.
11 x 18ET 5. Looks similar outer lip is 5"
You can try using an offset calculation to come close.
Speedlines aren't as shinny as RH's
I should see if these fit on my GTS. I would guess they would in the rear if i removed the factory spacers but would need to replace the studs.

I always like the TechArt Formula wheels on a 928, but the front offsets are made for a 911, not a 928 with an et50 or so. I found some similar alternatives in a better offset that I think are a good complement to the car.
CMS C12hgs (high gloss silver)
Front - 18x8 - offset 57 with Nitto Invo 235/40-18
Rear - 18x10 - offset 65 with Nitto Invo 295/35-18 and 15mm spacer

Sterling, could you get center caps on those wheels? The GTS dust caps would buy you some additional clearance for center caps.

928sg,I was going to request more pics of your car the other day, then I saw the website you posted today. Great job, I really like what you've accomplished. Looks great!

Cobalt, yes, if you know the offsets on your blue 964 that would be amazing if you could remove rear spacer for fitment on the GTS. I will PM you my number, maybe we could chat for a few on this.
You could use lug nuts without the center so replacing the studs wouldn't be an issue just for fitment/trial. Let me know if you think that would be viable.
Thanks,
Bryan
