Scott, it is black on black, my very least favourite colour combo;
Auto;
Needed an enthusiast to pay attention to it which i had no time like Brendan with tailpipe and fuel delivery and all that;
It wasn't running as strong as my other cars (because of the aforementioned);
I honestly generally just didn't like the car. It boils down to a simple emotional decision, a feeling.

Not to mention, Brendan made me an offer i simply could not refuse. And truthfully, i felt brendan needed the car. I was happy to help brendan drive a good 928 after seeing his BMW and hearing of the head crack in it.

If somebody else will buy my car, I'll buy that one! I'm not kidding. I want that car.

OldTee, let me know if you go see it.

BTW the mess of wires is probably from the non-existant stereo.

No service records, dubious mileage and everyone is gaga over this one while poopooing the red one. Having a bit of difficulty with the logic and disparity.

I hate red cars. I like green cars. This thing is a better version of Rixter's car! (only not as clean)

I didn't poopoo the red one. I just warned about possible years of non-driving and told what to look for on the car. This one has been driven and I'd know exactly what I was getting into with it.

FBI, no - the other one is a new 928 owner, and the car hasn't run in how long? Plus, this car has not been fiddled with. And the price is at 3k. At 5k it becomes less attractive and at 7 it's a no-go.

You have a rats nest of wires in the back of the green car and the other one has s4 wheels and spoiler. The whole tone on the discussion on these two cars has been drastically different. Go back and read them. What would have been said if the wires were in the back of the red car? I don't have an axe to grind but I was surprized at how hard the red car was slammed and in all fairness we know just about as much about the green car. What kind of service has the green received if its owner bartered it for a 3k debt? The red car hasn't run in 10 years and for all we know the green car has been neglected possibly the same amount of time.

Scott, how is it that you've been here twice as long and I have twice as many posts?

My sig line says most of the important stuff. PM for complete list.

I thought this car might be a euro model and asked the seller but he didnt know. Thats probably why the vin didnt work with ebay and he had to list it as a euro. Good looking car though, and if I was back east I would consider it.

The "Red car" is being bashed on because there is more to know more about it's condition.. and the fact that it is claimed to have been sitting for 10 years makes me cringe.

$7,000 or best offer that allows me to buy the green car.

I was on Porsche List and a little on Rennlist when it started.
