if your having it replaced the shop doing so should have the ability to measure and cut from the frame. If they can't then I'd take it to someone who knows what they're doing. But that just my .02

I have a bare glass in my storage area. I could measure it for you after work tonight.....Its a spare to prevent mine ever getting broken, and it was damn cheap too!

Well, here we go. The wide end is much straighter than the narrow (rear end is widest or front?). measuring as best I can along the masked black line at wide end, 1025mm edge to edge. Down the centre front to back, 983mm. The narrow end is fairly well curved, so I measured 30mm in from back edge at centre, then width at that point is 872mm.....

Make a cardboard template.
I found a foolproof way to trim my acrylic headlight covers without destroying them (or me): a small Harbor Freight tile saw. With the water cooled tile saw, the plastic doesn't get hot and deform, and it doesn't chip or crack.
