Ultimate stockish 928 engine combo?

marc, how far beyond the GT profile do your B1 cams go and what gains would you expect with the cams alone in a stock engine? i am looking again at the dynographs after driving my new GTS engine with midly reprofiled cams and i notice that all the larger displacement engines seem to run out of puff past 5500 rpm or therabouts. i am thinking about ways to boost the top end horsepower between cams/heads, headers/exhaust and intake and which of these will yield the most gain. the confounding factors in comparing dyno numbers are just too many as its rare to see only one part of the whole system modified and dynoed and so difficult to quantify the contribution made by each part. one thing is certain, none of the larger engines suffer for lack of low end grunt!

For a GTS, the best bet right now is our B2 cams and crossover... peak hp at close to 6K. The B1 require revised lifters, which are included in the price (you send your core lifters and cams) and valve springs.
Take a look at my post on the 366 rwhp GTS engine. That give you an idea of the curve.
B1 or B2 cams are $1600 and comes with revisied lifters and cams. Your cams and lifters are required for exchange and we prefer to use your existing lifters.
Oiling is not an issue.
