Default Two extra wires?

I recently put a new fuel pump on my 81 L-jet, and realized that I have 2 extra wires coming out of the same wire loom but they in no way connect to this pump. they both have slide connectors on them. Does anyone know what these are for? Or better yet, am I missing something that should be back there?

No need to worry, those extra wires are for the "in tank" fuel pump that your 928 doesn't have. Just let'em be.

Just take or zip-tie them out of the way. Somebody might want to use them at some point in the future.
