Hi Tony,
>That is how you rap a pulley on one of these things!!!
Yes, it is working out very well, I cannot detect any slippage and there is "0" evidence of any belt dust in over 2 weeks. Boost has been constant and repeatable (digital gauge) over the past weeks. Belt initially stretched from "9" to "8" in a few days and after being retensioned back to factory alternator belt spec (9) it has stayed there :-) We have similar belt wrap around the crank and alternator, it is amazing what you can do with 4 idlers :-)
>Also, is the the 2.2 L or the 1.7 liter? the casing looks a bit shorter?
They one in the photo is 1.7, but production models will possibly be the 2.0 for this kit. There may be a limited edition monster 2.4 kit for those who dare, but that is a whole nother ball game....one step at a time :-) I know KB is getting 600+ with 1.7s so I am pretty happy with the 1.7/2.0 for a street car. I seem to be getting more velocity with this setup in conjunction with the twin TBs and so far not a single audible knock or ping, even from 1500 rpm "stomps" in high gear. I also did a "knock registration" using the Bosch hammer, running 7 psi and doing continuous 2000 to WOT runs. I only go 30 knock registrations in 10,000 combustions. For those that don't know, 50 knock registrations is factory spec for a stock 928!!
Also of note the idle is so stable and I have such good tuning results with the Twin TBs I am using that I get better results without the idle stabilizer and it is disconnected.

Oh holy crap! That is AWESOME!
I'm going to have to go out and buy another 928 really soon, just to slap that awesome system on it!
It looks AMAZING!
I love the clear covers over the air filters. That air intake system is just awsome...
I am so glad that someone decided to get up and run with this kit, and make it available.
I thought Devek was going to do it, then it looked like it had all fallen apart...
It's just really awesome to see all this supercharger stuff getting out there
in kit form, looking amazing...
Congratulations to you guys, to Andy, etc...
AMAZING WORK...

Great job it cleans up the somewhat " Home Depot" look of some of the original plumbing very nicely done ! I can only guess at all the hours invested in making things look like they belong in the engine bay. It is however far too pretty for anyone to believe it is factory stock perhaps you need a "stealth" option without the polish and color . Obviously you learned a great deal when you were taking off the half-Fast blower kit from the GTS... like things you would never ever do to a 928 !

Hi Brian,
>Will the stock cruise control still work?
EVERYTHING works just as it did, I wouldn't have it any other way... Oh wait there is one thing, I am using the factory hole for the headlight washer pump for the intercooler pump (direct fit) so headlight washers are gone, sorry! This also allows me to use the headlight washer pumper wiring and relay socket for the IC pump so NO wiring is needed for the IC pump, pretty much plug and play :-) FYI, IC pump is always on with ignition
>Also are the pulley's improved from Andys design to minimize belt "walk?"
See my inital post, we use the original existing factory pulleys, no pulleys changes whatsoever!!!
Idlers are flanged type and there is "0" walk, it is just like a factory setup (well maybe more like a Ford GT factory setup)
> Do you have any preliminary pricing info?
Pricing is in original post, FYI, 16v systems will be MUCH less!
> I look forward to the dyno numbers...
ME TOO!!
>my guess is about 25+ hp/psi gain! On your GT it should be well over 400whp!
If I get a solid 400 rwhp and prefect drivabilty identical to stock I will be pleased, if I get a little more I will be estatic!! BUT, I will not sacrifice drivabilty and reliabilty for more power.
I will say it PULLS LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN from 1500-2000 up in ANY gear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Jim,
Thanks for your comments, that means a lot to me!
BTW, the standard kit will be mostly black for that OEM look...:-) Unfortunately those "turbine filters" ain't ever gonna look stock, oh well :-)

Hi Shane,
>85-86 Throttle linkage? How will that be done?
Currently all original factory linkage/cables are used (85-86 console is relocated) with the addition of our solid fine adjust rod linkage from the factory linkage consoles to the Twin TBs. Same solid adjustable rod sytem is used from 1st Tb to 2nd Tb and to TPS. No wire cables or pulleys used any where.

>Got anymore bombshells (ie, hints) to drop about 16 valvers?????? I'm all ears.
Yep, it will be Twin Screw, VERY easy to install, and possibly the base kit will be at or under 4k:-)
If I tell you any more I will have to send Thor to visit you, BTW, Thor does know... but he ain't talking:-)

Great job! It looks like the 928 supplies grow and grow
The only question is this: are you going to do any 16valves ones? Becouse there is allready at least 3 32V, but I think only 1 16V.
