Seriously, beautiful car - but I think it'd be more beautiful without that deflector.
One of the great things about the 928 is how sleek and low to the ground the roof is. Since that deflector makes the cabin look taller it make the car look ungainly.
I was hoping it'd be one of those pop-up deflectors that only deploy when the sunroof is open. That's I'd like to see.

It is a nice car. But the deflector reminds me of the thingys that the old folks put on the front of the car to keep the bug splat down.
Maybe I am missing something, does that year of 928 not already have a pop-up deflector. My 91 does and it is very effective, even at high speed Seems like a GTS would also.
Algie...I am serious, WHY? Seems like a resaonable question, maybe I answered my own question above.
And I do think the hole is too small already, seems like a reasonable observation that the deflector makes the hole seem even smaller.

the stock deflector does almost nothing.
that style deflector can really cut down wind noise, i'd like to see how you attached it. most use hooks, but our sunroof opening has no overhang. the vents are a bit cheesy.
where did you get it?
