Found my dome light...DUH!!
Lets see, I have owned my car for 5 years and always thought the lights in the doors didnt light the interior very well but dismissed it. Today, I am looking around and notice the light between the visors. Hmmmm, one push to th side and on it goes. Open the door and close it and sure enough it goes off with the door lights! Dam I feel stupid!!! Almost as bad as the under hood light drama before I figured it out.

Yeah, and don't forget the one way back on the rear hatch too!
Plus there's one under the glove box and another under the pod that light the footwells nicely.

Had me going there. Almost trekked out to the garage. Got the hatchback one a long time ago. I just thought a Bic lighter was standard issue.

Actually - and I should start a new thread for this, but I'm too lazy - it would be interesting to find out what "previously unknown" and kinda cool things owners have discovered about their sharks. For example:
I have discovered that on my GTS, if the windows are down when I lock the door, if simply hold the key a second longer in the locked position, both windows will roll up.
Also, if I turn the rear hatch key to the locked position twice, back-to-back, the windows will also roll up.

My 90 S4 does the same thing with the locks and windows. Sorry to burst your bubble that it isnt only on the GTS. I remember my ex-wife bragging about her car 2000 model or something doing this and I burst her bubble when I told her that my car also did it and it was ten years older than hers.

You should make the one hit wonder, Baby got Back by Sir Mix-a-lot your theme song. I could see you pulling into Sharktoberfest with it blaring on the stereo. Look it up and give it a listen. I think you will find it amusing.

Alrighty then! I been lookin' for a theme song! Sounds like one I'd have to wear lots of bling with. Maybe undo my shirt buttons a few down from the collar and get a faux tattoo.
