Yes "H" the original PRDATR is back and has added a 1989 928S4 to the stable again to park next to the 996 Twin Turbo.

I am off to Hong Kong and Beijing for several weeks so Louis Ott is going down to pick it up for me.

I guess this one does not require much restoration so I may also pick-up Charley's S4 (Tom's old car) and will restore that so I have something to do.

Oh no doubt Serio!

I am considering whether the new front egine V8 is going to push the value of the 928 and it seems the trend is starting to happen now that a 996 can be had for close to the same price as a very clean 928. Enough of these 928's are getting cracked up and engines blown to bits by superchargers running 22+ pounds of boost. The numbers of these rides are quickly getting smaller and thought now would be a good time to buy... especially since my good friend welched on a deal for a mint 89S4 and opted for a M3 instead.

Wanted to find out if anybody knows the car that i am purchasing down in Pleasanton, CA. but I cannot change the .BMP to a JPEG so that I can upload the photos. I can acces the rennlist upload section OK but I don't have a software to convert .BMP file to JPegs here in China.

Anybody out there in Pleasanton, CA that can do a PPI for me please let me know.

TIA

Pat, the Chinese version of Paint (start, programs, accessories, paint) will convert it for you, SAVE AS JPG.

Thanks Bill, I am still yet to pick it up (still here in China for at least another week and a half) and hope I can get a PPI in Pleasanton, CA.

Is Nicole in Pleasanton? Perhaps she can stop in and check it out for me and before Louis Ott gets there.
