Painting GTS calipers?
Whats involved with removing and painting the GTS calipers red? If its pretty straight forward I would like to do it, but I still want to retain the PORSCHE name on the calipers.

Its a messy job..mainly in the prep and cleaning. Other than that, its quite easy.
While not as shiny, they still look like that today, sans a couple of small chips here and there. No fading, no flaking or peeling after a couple of years of daily driving and a few DE events..HP car wash hose...cleaners...etc
BTW, you can find the little PORSCHE decals on ebay i think

Painting claipers
I painted my GTS calipers red with Red Caliper paint and clear engine paint from PepBoys. The decals are available from www.Xenonmods.com for IIRC around $12.00. As Tony states, the prep is the hardest part. My son-in-law has a 993TT and parked side by side you can't tell the difference between the two.
