Any issues with swapping seats right for left?
The outside seat bolsters are showing some wear, and I though it might be a good idea to swap the driver seat with the passenger one. It also would help to even out the cushion abuse because I don't carry passengers very often.
I have sport seats with manual adjustments for front-back and recline, so the only thing I would lose is accessibility to the electric controls for front and back height adjustment.
Any issues with doing this? Other than the location of the seat controls, are there any differences between a driver and passenger seat that would make this not such a good idea?

I sure wish someone would answer this. I've been thinking about it too. About 20 years ago when I was rebuilding my seats I considered it and did not do it. Now I cannot remember why.

Rats! You're right.
If they're actually bolted to the seat sliders, I might be able to swap the sliders on the seats when I have them out. I'll investigate and report back.

The seats are interchangeable. I have done the swap. The only issue is the siting of the electrical controls. The seat belt receptor can easily be switched to the other side.
