I was honored to have been selected to have one of the camera's mounted on the rear of my car (as seen in top post). The endurance race is broken into to groups with the first running 4 hours and the second running 1.5. Both races are run simultaneously but started in 2 separate groups and we were on pole in the second group. Joseph was my co driver and we had a long list on volunteers in the pits headed up by Jim Bailey. My best battle was with a Ferrari 360 GT. We traded places several times but we remained victorious. The Ferrari driver even came up to us afterward and commented on how surprised he was to be racing with a 928 and loose. I guess his $460k machine needs a better tune up. We finished first in class and first overall. It doesn't get much better than this.
I love it! Congrats Mark.

Well. That was dissapointing.
They mentioned not once that there was another race.

I think I saw Mark's car three times for a split second only.
What a shame.
What a shame.

Yeah - was disappointed - coverage was exclusive on the 4 hour endurance, and only a few shots of non-911 racers. Didn't even mention the fact there was a second race. Oh well, the few shots of Mark's car were pretty exciting
