Also mine had done half the mileage (96,000 Km) and everything worked on mine except for the second concentrated windscreen washer
I am just coming up to 137,000 Km

15 K Euros is far too much for a 928 S automatic those days in France, even if this is special model. For this price, you could have a very nice S4 or maybe a good GT.
A very nice S is around 9 K Euros.
I have asked to have the VIN but have not reply yet.
