Talking Turn signal problem

Hi everyone,
I have been having this problem for a couple of months now. I have an 82 auto. My front drivers side turn signal fuse will blow and random times. Sometimes I will replace it and it will go for a couple of weeks and sometimes it will blow right away. I took it to the Porsche dealer. They had it a week spent an hour on it (charged me for an hour) and told me the bulb, bulb socket and exposed wiring were OK and replaced the fuse then called me to pick it up. I picked it up and now the problem is different. When I turn on the turn signal the interior lights will dim and the rear bulb lights up constantly but doesn't flash however the dash indicator flashes. Finally it blew the fuse. The passenger side lights work fine as well as all other electrical systems in the car (with the exception of the tach). I love German cars and their electrical systems!

Any ideas?! - Sounds like a short somewhere to me but where do I look?

Check your interior lights. The way they are made makes them prone to shorting on the roof, which has been known to cause all kinds of gremlins.
