The front links are in. I consider my suspension "finished". Konis at half firm, Ott drop links, Yokohama AVS ES 100's, ought to provide a pretty taut ride.

I am SO COLD. It took 2 hours--- you need to grind a llittle bit away on the sway bar to get the Ott link arm to fit-- and even though I have a grinder (and, miraculously, found it right away when I needed it), it took some time. Unheated garage. Ice on the floor. Wind blowing into the garage.

Hey, when your socket wrench freezes to the floor in the 2 minutes since you set it there, it's too cold to be working on cars. I admit it....

Now that that's done, sounds like a fine day for a test ride .... stiff suspension ... matching rock hard rubber ... splash of ice ...

I bought one of those jet heaters for when I start my head gasket job next weekend (assuming the roads stay clear enough to move it here).

And I complain about this "bad" weather in CA.....its "bad" because it been raining pretty steady for the last few weeks, so I can only sneak the 928 out for a drive about once a week (not nearly enough!) I think it was about 60 & raining lightly today! The thought of moving to vegas sounds better and better!
