Default Euro 5.0 motor 4 sale

I have a customer who wants to sell his fresh euro 5.0 motor. It has electronic injection and extruded intake and is currenly running in his 1981 car. The motor has less than 2k miles and he is open to offers.

"maybe a baby goat too if he wants it"
If by baby goat you mean a low mileage vintage Pontiac GTO
I think we may have a deal.

Mark what year, is it 86-style, or S4 intake? EZF or EZK? Computers included?

I believe it is a 5.0 with euro heads and cams with an extrude honed 81 intake. It will run with any 1980-1984 USA computer but I think he will include it as he will not be needing it. It should be 10-1 compression.

Damn it - Sounds like the engine I'm putting together (not 100% off the ground yet) but I need non-Euro S heads to keep the compression ratio down - Murf kit going on.

This motor would save some time but I would have to pull it apart anyway to grind down the pistons.

What are the heads worth if I decided to buy this motor and sell them off? I know this sound silly to some people but I'm hopeing 8psi will give more of a gain than Euro-S vs standard Euro heads.

I do not have dyno figure numbers off this particular motor but I think Kibort was getting about 300 rwhp from his which was almost identical.

yes, i got 293 rear wheel hp with the US Ljet injection system. no mods, other than rising rate fuel regulator.

I have some US heads in great shape if you want to replace them. I have a buyer for the euro heads too.

In fact, i may have a buyer for this 5 liter.

whats the approx cost of this long block?
