Default Gull Wing 928 - What a beauty!

I have a customer in Japan that just sent me some pictures of his gull-wing 928.

I am trying to get more about the car, but his english is poor and my Japanese is non-existant.

Is it the black one, or the silver one?

I have a whole article from a German magazine on that one. Was made by SGS (meanint "Styling Garage Senefeld", or something iike that). Neat vehicle! Supposedly it was ordered by a night club owner and was on display at a club in Tokyo...

Looking at the that last picture makes me wonder how much frame stability that was lost in the conversion.. But it sure looks cool.

Sill looks wider on the widened bodywork.
Wonder if they welded/added in frame reinforcements there.

The gullwings are neat. Too bad low parking garage ceilings
would make that impractical.

Saw a pickup truck at Times Square with Scissor doors(Countach style)

Can't wait till I get my shark back with 5 spoke 3 piece wheels.
So that's what they look like on a shark.
Mine a narrower of course.

Default Nice!

Wow!

It looks like it was meant to come that way! Perhaps it's the shape of the window frame or something!

Are those whole new doors d'you think or did they weld bits onto the originals and shift the latch mechanisms to the bottom?
