Thumbs up Mass to VT run was gooood.

We had 11 cars I think, 3 of them '82s and Jay K.s '79 with gold plated D-90 wheels (gotta wear sunglasses). Drove all day, lots of fun.

I took Warren 928 as a passenger and it was fun to talk 928 and do 928 at the same time. Warren did some seat time in Bill's (Old and New) sc rocketship. He was somewhat at a loss for words to describe the experience.

We are going to do another one soon.

Talking A great run, even as a passenger

We had plenty of seat time on some great roads, plenty of twisties, hills and scenery. The people who came were all great to talk to and hang with. We had about 11 people show for this run. I have finally met my 928 support group in person! I'm not one to be frightened by riding in the passenger seat, and for those of you whose shark is ailing like mine was, showing up to hitch a ride, it might be the motivation you need to get your 928 put back together.

I got to ride with Carl, and he has got a really nice s4. What a hoot! We had fun dicing it up on the roads with other cars. Bill showed me his Murf setup, it looked very professional and pulled like a freight train. Even had a little shark bait to eat in Bill's supershark, a firebird that we passed like it was standing still.

Yesterday was an awesome day. Many people are talking about another run in 3 - 4 weeks, but this time running up near the NH white mountains. I can help plan an event and a route, so if any of you have suggested routes for a fun ride up this way, PM me. I personally like route 149 which is at my back door.

I would love to participate in a NH moutain run. I know a very nice route, if the weather is good. Last year the fog was in and we had to abort running the "Notches"........ hope it can be anytime except the first two weekends in September.

I really want to make this one, but spent the day doing maintenance on the fleet. Gretch, missed you on my last trip through NH. We crossed in Burlington VT and took 302 all the wat into Maine. Beautiful views, but it rained for the second year in a row. Guys, let me know about the next run I will plan on making in .

The 29th works for me. I can suggest a "Notch run" Franconia to Pinkham to crawford, around Mount washington and back down through Franconia. We could stop at Mt Washington hotel, or other nice vistas along the way. I have a large farm in waterville valley, at the top of a mountain. We could use that as a second stage gathering point and place for people to get a drink and have a "rest" stop.

Just a suggestion.
