Thanks Michael - your advice is much appreciated.
My money is on the PCB pins coming adrift. I’ll try flexing the PCB while operating the switch.
I’ve removed old and soldered new capacitors into old Bang & Olufsen PCBs with success in the past so I hope I can get the seat control module back up and running.

It would be smart to remove the seat and repair all the switches and the seat memory while you are in there.
