There isn't one inch of that car that isn't thrashed...
I agree, it was easier to just start off with a nice new 928.
But that car was looking really nice, and I had looked forward
to seeing it all put together...
Stay away from the crazy ones...

See the good side of the story... now you have one road car and one TRACK BEAST!
Rip the interiour out, get a good racing seat, build a rollcage and bonk the dents out with a hammer from the inside. Voila, a hardcore track beaty

If my wife did that to me, it would really hurt especially if I had done as much as you had done to your car. Because let's face it, you weren't working on the car to make money. It was a passion. And if someone destroyed my passion, it would truly hurt. But the only thing you can do is press charges and laugh about it over a beer or two.
You've got a nice car now. Get it SCed, then run it flat out never looking back at the psycho. Hope to see you at SITM. (Maybe you can give me some tips on running nitrous! Muwahahaha!)

So I agree with Abby that if all you had to give up was one measly Porsche to not have to deal with her, it's worth it. Here's the problem my friend ..... YOU MUST PROSECUTE. How much will you get? I guarantee you won't get much and not even all of that in the end. The point is not the money, the point is that this person needs to be processed through the justice system so she can get help and so OTHER GUYS LIKE ME DON'T EVER MEET HER. Seriously. Please reconsider, it's people like this that kill other people. You have a duty.

Please change the subject of the post too Jeff, I thought you were just posting small changes in the restoral process so I never looked before. Btw I think much of the damage is skin-deep, like hood, fenders, interior. Roof not so much but .... that can easily be pulled as can rear fenders. The rest is all bolt-on.
