JE, I tried to email that guy with the 94 GTS (last one on the link you gave me) and it bounced. Probably been sold. There was no phone number
I'll keep looking and thanks again for your help.
I know a little about 911s, the 928 sounds like it's more high maintenance than comparable 94 964.

Give Dave and Jeannie at 928 Specialists a call. They generally have more info on these guys as most have been long time customers, and they post these add as a courtesy. I don't recall that car being on the website that long. I could be wrong.
A well maintained 928 is no more trouble than any other car. The Timing belt is the one component that should be checked religiously. Otherwise, if you take car of your 928, it will take care of you.

I second JE928s comments Don. I have had my 928 GT for 13 years. I take good care of it and It has never given me any problems. I love the car. You will like the 928 too, the feeling of stability at speed and the torque of the engine is addictive............

Thanks, JE. You guys were all very helpful. I'll let you know when and if you'll let me "join" this esteemed group.
FWIW, you-all have more posts on Rennlist than even the OT folks. Cool.

One more idea: If you want to learn more about the 928, you might want to go to one of the upcoming events ike Sharks in the Mountain or the 928 Owners Club International Conference in Wichta, Kansas in July. There you can see them in all shapes and sizes - actually, it should say "in all colors and model years - and learn from the owners first hand what makes these cars so special.
