Salt and Pepper
Went on a nice Sunday drive with Kevin @Broccoli, me in my 84 Euro 5-speed and Kevin in his 86.5 auto barn-find. This is the first I have seen his car with the wheels on the ground since he brought it back from the dead, and I am impressed with how it runs and looks. Many thought this was a parts car when he got it and is nice to see it saved and back on the road. I know it has been a long road for him with this car, but the efforts seem to have paid off.

Brian helped me troubleshoot recent overheating incidents when I've been stuck in traffic. I'd taken out the air conditioning parts, and it turns out the fan in front of the condenser isn't just for air conditioning! I bet this will help... Thanks Brian!

Watching the needle rise in traffic was always a stressor. The factory fan was way over-complicated and never did the job. I removed all the AC crap, piggy bank, fan, everything. Saved a lot of weight and with the puller fan installed on the back of the radiator NEVER an issue with heat again!

kind of elaborate wiring, you can see the switch hanging there, it is fused on both sides to stop any possible shock to the system. Simple in function, switch to start and it runs when the car shuts off to remove heat from the block and rad.
and man do these engines get HOTTTTT
