Update.........................new high bidder, me!
I'm in, Mike! I just wish you hadn't gotten me involved in that GT on Ebay! Looks like I'm gonna have to buy it now.

I already responded to the other thread about this car...
It's certainly one of the nicest GTs I have seen in a long time. It has special leather on door handles, seat switch surrounds, seat belt locks, and a few other places.
From the lighting in the pictures I can't tell for sure what the color is, but it could be baltic blue.
Whoever gets this it very lucky!

Info hour for the uninformed!..........xnfl14, also known as eandhmotors, also known as 8reccs8, just outbid me! Believe me, I'm not concerned about that in the slightest. I'm willing to bid up to $30k for the car so I'll just wait along with my buddy Jim_H until the end as to hopefully get it for less! It will be available for $35K as soon as I recieve the car by transport if anyone would like to put a deposit down now to secure the car. If some unforseen circumstance takes place and I don't win the car, xnfl14 or willhoit will be offering it for an additional $5000 over the highest bid price also. So really, either way, we all win with increased values!

Lowmiler,
If you look I quit posting about this 2 days ago knowing that if certain bottom feeders took note that there was interest here they would try and snag it. Of course they are doing this "for us". They wouldn't want "us" to pay too little for it. I'm sure your shorts bunched up when he told you he wanted it to bid out. Anyway I may not win it but I will do my best to make sure if you do you pay top dollar, hey, I'm doing it for you! My e-bay name is imoksoami. If you pays lots for it make sure and keep me on your xmas list. You know I think I'll just go bump that puppy up to 22k, for us.

Donald,
I have been looking at this car for days. I contacted the seller Thurs or Fri, I forget which. I wasn't going to bid on it till Tues afternoon. Would you like me to step aside so lomiler can grab it, sorry, no can do. If you read the post he's going to 30K but if you are interested in it he will gladly sell it to you for 35K, he's here for you.

Jim_H, You are soooo easily suckered, my friend! You've gotta be the cheapest date I've ever come across! I should've just let you bid 'er on up and win the thing 'caus I have absolutely NO intention of buying the car! I've already got a '91 GT with 24,000 miles that I'll be overselling, for you, in about a week or so. I'll probably run it with a private auction just to keep noseybody, envious, bottomfeeders like yourself from interfering with my auction. Anyway, you've always been good for a cheap thrill and this has been no exception! But always remember this, when your ready to sell that POS of yours, I'll have already purchased a nice one!
P.S. Get some rest old man, your mind has already fallen asleep!

Jim-
My point is that if you do not intend to buy it, why bid it up, and potentially out of reach, for me or others other than brokers who are interested. If you are serious about buying it, then please continue, I have no problem with that.

I don't understand low miler.. Why bid on something you don't intend to buy, I do understand if you are planning to sell it for a profit afterwards..
I tell you guys what to do.. Give me 35k USD for my car and you can have it.. It seems to be an equal or better GT than the advertised car.

lomiler,
"you shoulda just let me bid it up"?
You have much less power than your over inflated ego tells you
"you have no intention of buying the car"
Uhhh see Donalds post, friend.
"a 24000 miler that you will be 'overselling'"
not to me, I would trust a used car salesman more.
"keep envious bottom feeders from interferring"
you mean like what you have done here? nevermind, most likely a bit much for you to comprehend.
"when your ready to sell that pos"
the one with 65k or the on with 62k? how did you qualify that statement?
last but absolutely not least. the cheap dates are the one who believe you wouldn't have taken this car in an instant if the seller would have dealed. oh, and they believe your cheap, used up, siding salesman con of- I'm doing it for you.

I wouldn't bid on it if I wasn't interested. I can see from my previous post why you would think otherwise. Any further bidding I do will be tomorrow afternoon. Good Luck!

looking for a used rear cover to replace it with so you could sell it as an "original" example again.........could that be the one you speak of?
Hope not, wouldn't want to spoil your reputation.
BTW.......when I got my truly pristine / totally original 22k mile GT off of Ebay a few years back, I had a couple of you "broker" guys including Mr. Willhoit bidding on it. After several discussions with the (original) owner, who knew exactly what was going on (even remembered Willhoit from back in '90 when he was looking for a GT) and had been burned by a so called broker in the past, we decided on a good fair price behind the scenes and he ended the auction early.......below the actual bid price of Willhoit. Buyer 1, broker 0, just the way it should be......
