Thanks for the sticker
It's an early 1989 S4 and the XC1 code was introduced a few months later, according to my research. Anyhow, the 0991 code indicates that the car went to Porsche Exclusive before delivery.

Thanks It looks really nice apart from the GTS bumper and lettering. And those wheels... well, hmmm. But the Baltic Blue metallic is gorgeous.

Nice car with the excellent color and LTD SLP. I wonder if we will ever know how many XC1's there were?
Maybe you have already seen THIS pre-XC1 '88 S4 for sale in EU now. I viewed the build sticker, so can verify no XC1 appears.

That ain’t factory anything. The rear wing looks like Jacquemond, I dont know what the rest of the body kit is.

I think this car got a few transformations in it’s life but the body is intact and has no fiberglass.
Born at Porsche it got after that a Strosek compressor conversion with the German paperwork(445 hp) and the hood and fenderwork.
Jochen will inspect the bores if the engine has GT pistons or if the engine was also compression reduced.
The spoiler looks like one of Jochens full Carbon ones.
These cars in uninformed hands got repaints but I think the Strosek build is 30 years old and also very rare.

UK XC1 picture I came across elsewhere in net. Story is it stays on same spot all the time but has MOT and is TAXed so is legal to drive and has to have moved at least to MOT station and back. Full plate says its first registered in May '89. Seems '89 as IIRR roof antenna was new feature then.
