1983 928S Euro License Plate Lights Not Functioning
Main issue is I do not have the license plate illuminated when the headlights are on.
Dropped both bulbs from the license plate lamp enclosures. Both bulbs seem to have their filament intact. Passenger side bulb dropped like a brick along with some rust - looks like the terminals holding the bulb in place rusted out completely.
So I ask: How are these bulbs wired? Im looking at the 1984 wiring diagram on the Ligeti website and the bulbs are wired into each other. I'm not too skilled in reading schematics, but are these wired in series or parallel?
I could understand if one bulb was out, the whole chain of bulbs in series would be "dead",
But if in parallel - I should still see the other bulb illuminate, but I don't which could probably be a more underlying issue.

buy 2 new bulb housings and crimp on new connector ends Roger has them make sure they include new bulbs.
Peek up under the bumper to find the wires
