Tass is just over the border in Mass. Drooman is approx 50 miles SE in N. Stonington. I have a house 25 miles south but won't be there until mid-June. Pop over to Frank Pepi's in W. Hartford for a clam pizza...killer. https://pepespizzeria.com T

Good idea about Pepe's - definitely a good pie! I am about 45m south of Hartford on the shore, and since I've spent the last 9 months building a shop the size of my house in my backyard I don't even have any of the 928s insured yet. But soon...soon enough...can you tell I can't wait to be done?

Hey Mnotz, my son goes to school in East Haddam and this afternoon they are having a car show with there neighbor and former student, when it was a boarding school, Wayne Carini. http://www.easthaddam.org/index.cfm?...314&typeID=127 I don't know anything else about the show, but i'm sure my son would be happy to see a 928 show up.

Sounds like a few of us are within spitting distance; I'm stuck working today, though Old Lyme, here.

Awwww, bummer! For some reason my subscription for this thread didn't work...but I wouldn't have been able to head up there with a 928 at the moment. In all reality the only somewhat interesting car I have on the road right now aside from my SUV is the 450SEL. Everything else is still tucked away so I don't start playing before the work on the new shop is complete!

Unfortunately my Callaway is back home in Germany, so I only see it every now and then, but it is still being raced on some hill climbs every now and then by a friend of mine. I had no idea there are so many of them in the area - I mean, yes, the company is local (and funny enough, their German location was local to where I am from in Germany!), but there aren't THAT many of them around or left! Actually, never seen any GTV6 or a Callaway in CT. Closest I got was looking at an Alfetta GT many years ago, but it was just too far gone...
