Default I’m back after a short 20 years

I think this is the place I left 20 years ago when my then new wife convinced me that a 928 wasn’t prudent for a growing family.
Now that she’s a new ex, I picked up a little newer one than I lost.

1989 S4 24,000 actual miles. All books, tools, recent timing belt. Engine’s clean enough to eat off of...
It’s almost too new to drive...

It replaces the black/black 5 speed 85 S I sold in 1999 with 185,000 miles. That one I bought with 80k on it and put 100k on it in six years of glorious ownership.

Welcome back!

But time to ask the real questions. Does it have a jump post cover?

What he's trying to say is, the passenger-side air intake tube is on backwards; it should be mounted/installed like the driver side tube.

Welcome back. When I get on a computer that supports "Lazy Load," I am looking forward to see your new ride!

Ha, ha!! "Let's eat grandma!" I love it! I bet there is something like that for me and my perpetually bad spelling...

Congratulations with the new ride!
You'd figure that with the price they asked for this beauty, low mileage 5 spd S4, they would have the air tube on correctly!

Welcome back! I posted about this car, and I fixed the intake tube for them This was an old picture. The two guys that own Elevation are stand up guys. I bought a RR Sport and they took very good care of me. This is an excellent car, almost perfect. I'm in Centennial if you're nearby and want to meet up shoot me a pm. Been here a year and have not met any fellow 928ers.
