That 'creation' has been posted here several times over the years.

Those handlebars are atrocious.

Does it run? It didn't in the past.

Apparently it's "All Steel".
Which makes my previous question all the more important:

What is going to happen when those tiny little front forks hit a bump with all that weight on them (more so sine it's 'all steel')

At least it looks like he used elongated lower strut braces for the handlebar connection to the forks to stay true to the theme.
