Default 88 928 windows not getting power

Hi guys, relay checks out fine, fuse isn’t blowing, checked connections under the console (even replaced the drivers side switch, and still no power to the windows. Both motors were working until recently and I don’t think they are the problem. If it’s not the relay or fuse is there another common power point in need to check?

thanks!!

Check continuity from window motor to any ground and power from motor to fuse. Broken wire in the loom at the door is a likely culprit.

Thanks for that - will check for sure - would one broken door connection affect both windows?

Thank you again - turns out it was the switches after all - when i had the interior (leather) refurbished - the upholstery guy had forgotten to install the metal bezel on the center console - meaning - the window/sunroof/rear wiper switches were "floating" so i was constantly mashing them HARD to get things to function (even after preventatively replacing the switches with new ones). Seems that I was breaking the contacts on the solders. So there you go...fixed a solder/replaced a switch - and done...
