Firing order 1980 928
 

I have a 1980 928 US model. I accidentally removed the plug wires on purpose to replace them and now i cant remwmber which way they go. Could someone help me out? Thanks!

pretty easy google 1980 Porsche 928 firing order.

NOTE you should put the engine to TDC then remove the cap and the lift the black cover to see where the tip of the rotor is pointing.
It should be centered over the hash mark on the body of the distributor housing this will be #1,
put a dot on the outside of the housing,

then turn the engine clockwise while looking at the engine and note the direction of rotation of the distributor rotor it will also be clockwise while looking down on it, this will then be the next plug wire to be installed and so on and so forth

The firing order is also listed above the PORSCHE on the cam carriers on the engine.
