Default Cylinder scratches

so, I just took the heads off last night, I haven’t turned the crank yet it is still locked at 45°. And I finally looked at the visible cylinders today. The scratches are easily felt with your finger. Is this block toast? Or do I just go ahead and run it.

Does not look good at all and explains the poor leak down results.

Do all the cylinders look the same?

Default Others look good

This cylinder had some of the best leaked down results. But I am not putting much stock in those numbers anyway.
