How should I complete the registration for me and my 11 year old son. For meals, I'm assuming I need to select Qty 2, but for hot laps since we'll be riding in 1 car, should that be just qty 1? Does he need a separate $50 event registration too or are children free, like at Road Atlanta?

Thanks and let me know.

I think that the only thing that is by # of cars is the hot lap. Everything else is probably # of people. So I put two for everything except the hot laps, where I put one (one car: me and my dad in it).

If we have to pay per person for the hot laps, I can always update it and pay more

I will have a separate line added into the form to register Minor attendees.

Default Questions for registration

Minors under the age of 18 years registration is free of charge
I will have a line added on clubregistration to register the Minor attendees.
I have been corrected PEC offers Demo laps this has caused some confusion
Demo laps are with a professional Driver on a closed PEC track.
Demo laps are registered per person regardless of age not per car. If there are any changes in this I will update.
I will try to answer questions as soon as I can get the answer.

All,

If you plan on attending and have yet to register on clubregistration.net, please do so. The event is called "Rendezvous 928 2019".

We'll be requesting 928OC support for this event and number of attendees is a criteria for support level, so if you're coming, please sign up sooner rather than later!

Thanks!!

Thank you George ^^^^^

FYI.. I didn't have a clubregistration.net account and had to start from scratch... the whole process took about 7 minutes start to finish, creating an account, registering, paying. Registration is set up as a menu system, you pick the free and pay activities you want...very easy. You can also see who's registered if you click the "View Roster" button in the registration page.

Do passengers need to register in some manner in order to gain entry into the PEC? Right now, all that's asked for on the registration is the car owner's name.

Also, the confirmation from the registrar shows as "Pending".

Everyone entering the property must register for security reasons.
# of people per registration can be changed to add or subtract people.

Register shows pending, due to testing of that personal account and has no bearing on the process.
