Just an update. These are available shipped from Germany. They took about 3 weeks. I have a feeling they are "new old stock" from the Cold War era as mine were labeled "Made in Western Germany". But at least for now they are still available. $75 each. $150 for the set plus shipping. I think my total was $165 for the pair. Sure beats almost $400 for a set of the newer ones. I'll post an update to Guy's thread above with any install issues, tips or tricks in a few weeks. Guy said it was a tight fit.
