I agree. Absolute scam. Almost AU$400.00 to do both banks with $2.00 worth of nylon.

It would be a chipshot to reverse engineer and 3-D print but I'm not sure I'd want to be the guinea pig for durability testing.

The pads may be made of something a bit more special than the PLA used in common printers. The pads may contain Teflon.

£3600 for a rear GTS arch. About £20 worth of steel and £3580 worth of a single heavy press. Good money in that but I do sense that it Porsche made these more accessible more people would retro fit them.

No change out of £10k to fit both sides these days.

Where do I start?????
Actually the rear fender liners for the 91 to 95 cars now made out of better material and soundproofing are a deal. Remember we could not get them.
Try buying PSD parts - that will make your eyes water. Or a new seat.
Better still at the other end of the range M8 bolts for $10 when you can buy them in Lowes for $0.50c.
Rear light bulb harness for the 87 to 95 cars $440.

Has Porsche resumed making any parts for these cars that previously were NLA?

Will Porsche make overpriced “NLA” parts....of course if they can sell them. Keep in mind 928’s in today’s money are around $180k.....about like a 911 turbo since they were similar prices back then

Actually I think they are priced very well for what they. Try making them and you will soon see how much tooling and labor is involved. I tried on the similar but different S3 intake tubes and the tooling cost alone was eye watering and even with amortization over 10 years still made for a VERY expensive part.

We do sell an alternative for $115 for the pair (do not fit S3 cars). Center tubes are available in red, blue and black. They come with the correctly placed snorkel holes for the TB covers.
