Default 85 Euro Pod Button Wiring Question

After reinstalling my dash cluster and the pod, I reconnected the wires for the two small buttons on each side of the steering column and the wires for each of the thumb wheels. Oddly, I have another pair of wires (solid blue & brown) with ends that LOOK like they would fit on one of the thumb wheels; but both are already connected. I have no idea if it's a EURO (extra wires) or what. Any help in identifying what they go to is appreciated!!

those wires go to the switch over the clutch pedal IIRC its to disconnect the CC
on an auto they are connected
If you leave them disconnected then the CC wont engage

I have them on my '85 euro auto also, and haven't found a home for them yet.
