They are the color coded connectors on the bottom of the CE panel. They are lettered A-X left to right but Y & Z are between N & O.

E7 would be the fifth plug from left and pin 7 is circled.

Thank you for the clarification.

I started the diagnosis and from the CE, E connector is from the 6th slot. the 5th slot is empty no connector.

Also, there is no power from E7. E7 is a black and red wire.

There should be labels below the plugs on the board showing what they're supposed to be. The connector you're looking at is F not E, and it does appear that E is missing. I don't see where it could be. I'm surprised nobody caught that before now
F7 is a black and red wire connecting brake switch to the lamp control.

Yes the black connector is missing. jrnicl3 lift up the panel and see if it is tucked away under or behind.

Oh dear... Just found it. It was removed and left behind the CE board. Now I can start going over the diagnosis. Will update about my progress.
