EDIT: Wait, you're calling rear crossmember e-brake bolt because no captive washer. I see what you've done there......
Manual cars need a 50mm bolt and automatics take a 45mm bolt?

That's the real mystery to solve.

I'll go for "what are different crossmembers between manual and automatic cars?" Alex. For $3...

Manual driveline loss, 15%. Rogerbox driveline loss, 20%. Manual rear crossmember cross section at e-brake mount: X mm. Rogerbox? X-5 mm. The Rogerbox crossmember is 5 mm thinner because it's protected from all that mean nasty power by the Rogerbox. Just like the torque tube only needing 4 bolts on the TC housing. Those Porsche engineers thought of _everything_.

Hi,
First of all A BIG Thank You for all the help! This Forum is really something
After this reading and some inspection to the car (not easy because I don't have a lift...) i believe I narrow it down to the bolt that holds the emergency brake cables to the rear cross member.
I'm waiting for a vacancy on my mechanics lift to confirm and reinstall it.
I'll post here the result.

Once again, thank you all very very much!

Regards

It's a metric tape measure, numbers are cm, gradations are mm.
