213 mph!
Congratulations, that was an exhilarating read...
What did the car dyno at? 440-450 rwhp with zero knocks
Stock or GT cams? Stock cams
What was your air/fuel during the run? High 10s-mid 12s
What spring rates/shocks do you run? Stock springs and Koni externally adjustable shocks (DEVEK)
What is your alignment setup? Close to stock
What tires and their pressure? Michelin Pilot Super Sport 40 psi front 41.5 rear
What was your engine oil/water temps? Oil ~220, Water ~195, Intercooler ~190, Fuel ~ 175
Tranny temps? ~180
Your car performed like a Swiss watch, and its performance shows it is setup like one where all the parts worked together perfectly.
That takes a lot of hard work behind the scenes to pull that off and make it look easy on race day.

George,
Congratulations on another great open road racing result! Year-after-year, you successfully campaign your 928 to new levels in these events. The results are down-right amazing to all of us! It's not only the hard numbers which are stunning to anyone, but also the videos you produce which put everyone in the driver's seat as you rocket down the highway at airplane speeds, ninety miles with your foot on the pedal all way! Just amazing!
No one underestimates all the hard work that you and Bill put into making this happen. To do it year-in and year-out is even more significant, and you let us share in the thrill which means a great deal to everyone in the 928 community.
You may not realize how far your efforts and continuing success in these events goes within the Porsche community. Locally, your race results and accompanying videos are shared across our PCA Region. They get rave reviews, lots of positive comments, and a great deal of respect from everyone who sees them. Your courage and perseverance to do this in a twenty-eight year old "928" stands out to anyone seeing the results & videos, and makes a profound statement about the capabilities of the owner/driver and the car.
Thank you for letting us share vicariously in your success. We look forward to seeing the videos and the opportunity to share them within the Porsche community here.

Thanks all for the kind comments and words of encouragement.
I'm stuck in Houston for the night (flight delay) so it may be a couple of days until I can post any videos. They did post the results from the race on the SSCC website: https://sscc.us/results_sscc_2018.aspx , 176.1729 mph avg.and 207.24 mph trap speed.

I guess they thought the 9 was a 7... Maybe like the new Boxster/Cayman series.

I'm back home, finished loading 94 GB of video onto my computer. I put together a quick video from all five cameras showing the start.
I'll start working on a few more videos, hopefully with better editing.

Love those videos, George. Just watching them makes adrenaline flow. And not much chance of missing an angle with 5 cameras.
You did clear up one puzzle for me: Looks like taking out the headliner allows use of a helmet in an S4.
