Ok guys, this looks like a slam dunk easy part to make.
Rob, I'd also like to get my hands on one so I can match the texture. Let me know if I can borrow one for a couple of weeks. That way Pete can get his over to Scott sooner. If you can't get me one, no worries, I will have Pete send me his and will send it along to Scott when I'm done.
I'm in no rush Nate so if you want to get Pete's and just send it to me when you're done. I'll pay Pete for it and the postage to get it you and then just let me know how much to post to me and I'll send you the money.
Here's the one I have. Looks like all mounting tabs are intact and it would work as a model. Let me know if you want me to send it, and to whom and where.

Hey Pete, this looks like it might work. However can you confirm whether or not the texture on the face is uniform? Maybe the picture is playing tricks but it looks like the areas I've circled are a little smoother from use like Jim mentioned earlier.

Good eye.
The top surface is not completely uniform. Here are a couple more photos catching the light just right so you can see the worn shiny areas. However, the bottom side seems less jagged than the one posted in the other photos.

Thanks for the additional photos Pete. I talked with Ron and he is going to send me his to work with for a while. That way you can send yours directly to Scott.

OK. Scott let me know if you still want mine or to wait for a 3D recreation from Nate.
Forgot about this sorry Pete. I have a new surround and new switches and that piece may look a little out of sorts I think. I appreciate your offer though.

Nate....any updates yet?
cheers
Scott
OK, no problem. I'll throw it back in the paris box.
