Mercedes Benz cooling fan blade
I decided to replace the bearings in the cooling fan bracket and once it was apart I noticed it has a MB metal fan on it.
is this something a previous owner may have put together or was this factory?
the car is a 79 Euro

It's factory. My 81 is the same way. They just shared parts during that era. Like the transmission in the autos was built by MB and Porsche helped engineer the 500e.

I wasn’t sure but it looked like most other metal 928 cooling fans I searched and I didn’t want to rebuild something that could have been a patch.
