Atlanta Area 928 Owners: Save The Date, Aug 10
My daughter was selected as one of the 12 students for the PTAP class this year, and graduated Aug 10th.
Ya..its a Friday..which kinda sucks, but lets make a good 928 showing at the NA HQ!
It is a somewhat limited event for the actual Grad party in the morning, and we can only have very limited guests.
BUT...
We want to bring the Atlanta owners together for dinner at Restaurant356, that is inside the Porsche NA facility...If you haven't been there, it's spectacular..it's worth the drive if you're anywhere near, and the food is some of the best private chef platings I've had..and its -not- at unreasonable prices. I will pay the same for food at the hotel restaurant next door, and I'll get hotel food.
Last there we had dinner with 'The Kevins', and it was out of this world.
She got her 928 at 16
Aced the ROP Auto program here
Got multiple scholarships to UTI
4.0 GPA, and Porsche selected her to attend their program, you cant just take it, it's also free, and Porsche paid her rent too...was pretty cool.
Will be a Bronze level tech out of the box..and has three local dealerships out here with competing offers for multi-year contract.
Norcal928 owners have had her hands in their cars, Sharktoberfest folk have met her as well for 2 or 3 years now.
She tracks her 928 with NASA locally too.
No such thing as 'a 928 is too much for a new driver'. Its the level of maturity -at- the wheel. Let this forever ditch that argument.
We all couldn't be prouder.
Come have dinner with us!

Jeff,
Congrats! Know she has worked very hard and actually got to spend a few hours with her as we installed rear quarter glass on Kevin Berezs black 928 that was recently painted.
Definitely up for another outstanding dinner and would be a great photo opportunity if we could get several 928s in front of Porsche North America!
See you in August!

Congratulations Jeff Had the pleasure of meeting your wonderful daughter at S-Fest a few times in the past. Called "Hotlanta" home back in the mid 70's and she's in a great place. Will let you know if we can make the event and if not...Congratulations again to your and your daughter T&T
