Default Rear wiper suddenly non-functional

Right before I took the car off the road for an intake refresh, my rear wiper stopped working. The switch is working, the motor is working, and it doesn't seem to be an issue with the rear motor arm/plate/whatever becoming loose and so not engaging the wiper arm itself (been there, done that). Also, the wiper arm itself can move just fine, if I open up the hatch and move it. The problem is...I think....that the flat plate with the nub that fits into the lower plate the motor rotates can move by itself. I wish I knew what to call these things!

Let's put it this way: If I open up the hatch, and I try to move the wiper the way the motor does it, by moving the little plate with the nub, it moves, but the wiper doesn't. It's come loose, and I think that it wasn't that way before. Put another way...with the wiper motor off and still, and the hatch closed, I can move the wiper itself back and forth...and it's not forcing the motor to move.

If that's not clear I took a little video, but I'll have to get it off my phone to post it here...

Anyway, it's not clear to me what I can replace. Is there a way to replace the part that attaches to the wiper itself that the motor moves back and forth (on the hatch, not the car body)? I need to (apparently) order a new ISV from Roger tomorrow, so I'd like to get this in the same order if in fact there IS something I can order that's not the entire damn wiper arm...

open the end cover for the wiper arm and tighten the 13mm nut.
NOTE depending on how long its been loose the arm may have its splines stripped out

Ugh, I don't know why this never occurred to me! I will do this ASAP... I'm crossing my fingers, since it wasn't long and most of the time I haven't been driving the case

'Cuz it's blindingly simple.

And we never expect something to be simple. Not on these cars.

FYI, Stan nailed it, as usual. When moving the wiper arm manually, the nut appears tight, but when trying to move it from below, you could see the screw turning. I tightened it down, and it seems to be fixed.
