Awesome!! This is Steve's first Frenzy.
To keep up Steve, you have to start NOW, to get into "Frenzy Shape"
Here are some easy exercises.
1. Start drinking Russian Standard Vodka with just about every meal. Try drinking out of tea cups or other cups that you wouldn't typically drink Vodka out of.
2. Stand in a parking lot with a cigar for 10-18 hours per day. This while looking under car hoods and holding a flashlight. Try your local Walmart or Target parking lot for simulation.
3. Stay up well past 12 am and practice ordering a pizza with your cell phone. If you really want to stand out at Frenzy, watch your neighbors houses for when they order pizza and just take theirs.
4. Put some wheels on a cooler. Preferably a Yeti filled with beer and ride it down any hills on the Long Island Express Way. This must be done in the morning or after work rush hour to simulate the Beerfish motorized cooler rides in the parking lot. Very dangerous, yet fun to watch others barely missing being hit by drivers looking for parking spots....... YMMV
