Dont ship via Greyhound.

Today i learned that product I paid a bunch for..may still be in Ohio (Since Monday AM), few stations scan when things show up & leave for a transfer, and it could take up to 28 days to get here. The shipping FAQ leads you to a 7-10day window for a given distance.

Who knows.

They don't.

Not blaming the shipper, I should have considered and priced out options.

Back when in the pre internet days, I bought some parts from a guy & he shipped them Greyhound. After
taking way too long, I called him - he had sent them on time & gave me the bus bill #. What do you know,
they had been sitting at the destination station for something like 10 days when the bill said to call on arrival.
Not sure they have got any better.

speedtoys, I have used greyhound many times, and many times, goods are at the delivery destination and no one has a clue.
it might be worth your time to stop at the local depot to check this out....and might be a waste of time, but no harm in checking.
PS don't bother calling to expect an accurate answer at any bus depot!

Ya...I just in fact 1 min ago called them, nice lady...its not a large station there and she has no packages of any sort. Much less two 4x2x2' tall ones,

She didnt seem "bus people" at all. And being a 40min drive away, I cant just go peek. Odd that I live 5min from a large station, but thats not ship to location...

I've shipped big stuff via Greyhound 3 or 4 times

complete Cayenne turbo muffler
Pair of power 928 seats in a wardrobe box
Pair of 997 seats in a wardrobe box
and something else too long ago to remember

They've all arrived eventually but there is virtually no tracking info available. No one knows where they are until they arrive and they're often there and no one calls you.

Keep in mind that Greyhound will only insure used auto parts for loss, but not for damage.

Dallas??? Looks like they are going north/ south, not west. Does Greyhound still have the monthly all you can ride pass?
Looks like your seats are on that plan.... at least you know where they are
