What accessories should work with key out?

There's constant power going to the radio (clock, presets, ect).
The factory amp (under the cover by the passenger door) has power to it when the key is off. The 'turn on' from the head unit keeps it from being on, but the power wire to it is hot all the time.
I ended up using that circuit for other stuff, the amp being long gone, and it's constant power.
Also, the headlights and foglights require the key to be switched on to turn on. All that will come on with key off is parking lights.
