I am headed from Portland to Spokane WA this weekend for my first road trip in my 928. I'll be there Sat - Mon. I have a fairly open schedule visiting family and thought I would check and see if there are any list members in the area that would be interested in meeting up for a little show and tell or arrive and drive.
Post up on the PacNW 928 group list too....still have a few Spokanites on there...
Have a fun and safe trip...If you can, check out those roads in the Palouse, awesome 928 roads !

Thanks for the tips, I'll reach out to the PacNW 928 group. My plan is to take secondary highways and backroads.
It was a great drive. I split it up half at night and really got to test the LED H4s and they were outstanding even at 85mph on twisty gorge highways with no ambient light.
Next morning was equally fantastic on backroads. In one extended pass maneuver I accidentally found myself over 130mph. Crazy how easily I got there. Here are some pics
