Yes, there will be a GTG breakfast. Since our last location closed, we don't know where it will be yet, though. More information will be forthcoming. Also since it's supposed to be slightly warm on Saturday, there probably won't be a lot of hanging around outside afterward.

What about "The Old West Cafe" in Denton?
Looks like plenty of parking.

There's also an old west cafe in Grapevine, but parking isn't great if I remember correctly.

The Old West café in Denton has lots of good parking. It remains to be seen if they will reserve a table for 20 of us. I'm sure Laura V is all over it. If they won't, that would be an ender, and we will find somewhere else.

I talked to LauraV this evening. LauraV is our event planner and does a great job. She is still hashing out details with a restaurant about our needs and wants. I'm sure that she will post here as soon as she has ironed out the details. If not, I will update everyone.

Shawn, Did you see this post by LauraV?

Dixie House in Euless is closed.
It's unfortunate because it was conveniently centrally located and directly off the highway 121. Thanks for everybody with their suggestions, I made a lot of phone calls, In my search for a new locale our only necessities is that the breakfast place must (1) answer the phone, (2) take Reservations for large parties, (3) must take separate tickets, and (4) have a big or at least decent parking area. It's not easy finding a place that fits all the requirements, but we will keep looking until we find something everyone likes.

For this Saturday's breakfast gathering the place i found that fit the bill was Bacon's Bistro and cafe in Hurst right on Blvd 26.

We will have our own room. See ya there at 8am this Saturday, breakfast at 8;30.

Bacon's Bistro and Cafe
714 Grapevine Hwy A
Hurst, TX 76054

Yay! Breakfast is ON!
