77 to 86 Fan Clutch $195
I have new fan clutch units for $195 and way better price than $600 from Porsche.

How are these shipped so as the silicone doesn’t run out the holes? Much is made in the manuals about keeping the fan assembly upright for that purpose. Just the clutch center seems like it could go anywhich way in transit.

The only hole the silicone can leak from is the one in the center and that is sealed.
The original Porsche clutches come in a box just like everything else.
On old units the seal can breakdown so that is why it is a good idea to keep them in a vertical position as they are in the car.
